General Terms and Conditions
Class schedules are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to check the most up-to-date class schedule on the Lagree Oahu website or mobile app regularly before attending, including immediately before classes begin.
Lagree Oahu accepts payments exclusively through major debit and credit cards via its official website and mobile application. Cash, checks, and any other forms of payment are not accepted.
Lagree Oahu is not liable for any bank fees, overdraft charges, or other financial penalties incurred by clients as a result of transactions processed through its payment system.
All sales, including but not limited to class packages, single class purchases, and merchandise, are final.
Classes, memberships, and merchandise purchased are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable under any circumstances. All sales of any type are final.
Cancellations, Late Cancellations, and No-Shows
Lagree Oahu enforces a 6-hour cancellation policy. Clients may cancel their class reservations up to 6 hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid penalties. Cancellations made at least 6 hours in advance will result in the class credit being returned to the client’s account for future use.
All class cancellations must be completed through the Lagree Oahu App or the Lagree Oahu website. To cancel a reservation, clients must log into their account, navigate to the ‘Upcoming Reservations’ section, select the desired class, and confirm the cancellation by clicking ‘Cancel Reservation’.
Canceling six hours or less before the scheduled start time of a class or failure to attend a reserved class (no-show) will result in a late cancellation fee PLUS loss of a class credit or a no-show fee PLUS loss of a class credit.
For clients enrolled in memberships, as well as those utilizing class packages, missed classes and late cancellations will result in the loss of the associated class credit, as if the class had been attended.
Waitlist
If you see a "waitlist" button, the class is full, but you can add yourself to the waitlist if you have class credits. Once on the waitlist, enable notifications to be alerted if you’re added to the class. If a spot opens, you'll be notified by email—unless you've unsubscribed, in which case you must check the app manually. If you no longer wish to wait, please remove yourself from the waitlist. If you’re added to the class but don’t cancel within the required window, late cancellation or no-show penalties will apply.
Late to Class
Please plan to arrive at least 4 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled class. If you are late your spot may be given to a standby/waitlisted client after 4 minutes of class, and you may also be charged for a late cancel or no-show.
For safety purposes, we ask that all new clients arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class for a proper instructor introduction and Megaformer orientation. If you do not arrive early for an orientation you will not be permitted to enter the class. Safety first.
Credit Packages
All credit packages activate date of purchase. Credit packages expiration date can not be extended.
Memberships
Membership fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis and will continue indefinitely unless the Member requests prior written cancellation in accordance with our policy.
Members must keep valid billing information on file.
The Facility may adjust membership terms, fees, or policies without notice.
Any chargeback or attempted chargeback results in immediate membership termination, a ban on future attendance, and forfeiture of all funds.
Membership Freeze
A regular member may freeze his/her membership no more than two times in any twelve month period. To initiate a freeze, please email aloha@lagreeoahufitness.com with the exact dates you'd like your membership to be frozen. Requests must be submitted in writing via email at least 7 calendar days prior to the desired freeze start date for timely processing. The maximum freeze duration is 90 calendar days.
Only regular memberships are eligible to be frozen. For example, intro memberships and other non-regular membership purchases are not eligible to be frozen.
